For each area, ask yourself:

How supported and aligned does this part of my life feel right now?

  • 1–3: Depleted, strained, or avoided

  • 4–6: Functional but flat or obligatory

  • 7–8: Supportive and mostly aligned

  • 9–10: Nourishing and life-giving

What This Wheel Is Showing You

Now pause and notice:

  • Which areas are consistently low?

  • Which areas are carrying most of the responsibility?

  • Where does life feel heavy rather than alive?

This is not failure.
This is information.

Often, what feels out of balance reflects the internal stories we’ve been living from—stories formed early in life about who we needed to be in order to be safe, loved, or successful.
